Because so many runners approach me with these kinds of questions, I thought it would be a great idea to hold an online webinar breaking down the mystery behind the formula of fuel and address the following issues:

  • The importance of hydration and fueling and how to apply it to your unique situation.
  • Critical factors to help you get the energy you need when you need it. We’ll cover exactly what to do before, during, and after your run. Timing is everything!
  • How to properly train/fuel using gels, Chomps, sport drinks, etc.
  • Natural food options and how to train/fuel with natural foods.
  • How to hydrate before, during, and after your run to avoid dehydration. Just a 2% rate of dehydration can impact your performance by up to 10%!
  • How to avoid stomach distress and upset stomach and avoid the Porta Potty line!
  • How to apply specific fueling and nutrition strategies so you can recover faster and be ready for your next run sooner.

This 90 minute training session, perfect for runners who are training for a half or full marathon, will break down everything you need to know to maximize your performance on your long runs and races.

Held on July 17th at 8:00PM EST, this online webinar can be viewed “live” from the comfort of your own home!  All you need is a computer with internet access.
