If you are in the Central Ohio area and are looking for private or small group, in-person track or cross country coaching for your child, during the off-season, then look no further. In addition to coaching adult runners, we also coach middle and high school athletes in the following communities:
Lewis Center, Ohio
Off season conditioning and speed training is very important to being successful as a middle school or high school Track or Cross Country athlete.
Since track and cross country season is short and highly competitive, middle and high school athletes who go into their season well-prepared, have a significantly higher degree of success than athletes who come into their season in less than optimal shape.
Our USA Track and Field / RRCA certified coaches are experienced at doing just that - getting your student athlete prepared mentally and physically for their upcoming season. We also specialize in developing speed, power, endurance, and strength. If your student athlete is already in great shape, we can help make them faster and mentally ready to compete at the next level.
Unprepared or unconditioned student athletes spend most of the season catching up and trying to get in shape, while those who already are continue to move forward even more. Proper conditioning can take several weeks and months and by then, the season is over.
Our coaching occurs during the off-season and is designed to prepare your student to head into their season not just faster, but more confident and coachable. Once your student's official conditioning or season starts, we step aside and hand off training to your school's coaching staff. We believe that they are the best way to coach your student athlete during their season. But, having a private coach during the off-season ensures that your athlete athlete gets the personal attention that they need to prepare and excel.
