Getting Started With RunBuzz

Hi, Steve Carmichael here.  I want to welcome you to RunBuzz. Please allow me to take a few minutes of your time to help you get the best out of our website. I highly encourage you to read this post in its entirety because to be honest, to get the best out of RunBuzz, you need to be aware of who we are and what this site is about.

RunBuzz is one part social network, one part virtual running club, and one part accountability system. The only part missing is you!

What is RunBuzz?

Founded in 2014, RunBuzz is a growing community of awesome people just like you. We have come together from all over the world based on one shared passion:  Living a healthy lifestyle based on running, balanced fitness, and healthy eating.  We’re not perfect, in fact we are far from it. But we are trying and that is why we need your help.

How Do We Serve You?

Our mission is to help motivate you whether you are a brand new walker looking to run for the first time, all the way up to elite level athletes. (Hey, we can dream can’t we? Seriously, Kara, Meb, Desi and Ryan… Call Steve!) .  We offer group and individualized coaching and support to help you achieve your running goals!

In addition to training, I host the Run Buzz Radio podcast which can be found on iTunes or Stitcher Radio app.

The Runner’s Toolkit is my 30 day accountability system (which consists of a daily email with an actionable running tip that you can use to improve your running) PLUS you get access to my private Facebook community for RunBuzz members only. And all of this is FREE! After 30 days, I will only send you the occasional email newsletter with running tips and community updates. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time should you feel the information is not helpful.


  • Get your #1 burning running related question answered. After you sign up, look for my first email which will ask you to email me your number one running issue. I will personally respond to your question with my free coaching advice.
