I started dieting nearly a year ago and by march i lost 2 and a half stone i maintained that weight until i went on holiday two weeks ago. i came back and i had put 5 pounds on but after three days of eating healthily i lost 3 pounds (i think water) now, i've been trying to diet.. i'm eating healthily but i seem to be staying the same weight! :| what can i do to start losing weight again? also, how much weight can i lose by semptember?...
